VSPT once again receives For Life certification
VSPT Wine Group has renewed its For Life certification for 2022. This international acknowledgment attests to the principles of a sustainable and socially responsible company. It ensures excellent compliance with societal requirements and demands, as well as protection of the environment.
Through a comprehensive audit and subsequent review carried out during the first quarter of 2022, Ecocert – the Certifying House – determined that the wineries, vineyards and grape suppliers in Chile meet the demanding standards required for this certification. Over 70% compliance was achieved in criteria covering Social and Environmental Responsibility, Local Impact, Empowerment and Skills Development, Respect for Consumers, as well as Certification and Social Performance Management.
This certification comes as an important endorsement for VSPT with regards to quality standards – not only for its products, but also with regards to suppliers, consumers, and society in general.
