VSPT has entered the ranking for the first time in 98th position, above Uber and Kimberly Clark.
The survey was carried out between May and the first week of August, delivering excellent results for our company thanks to positive evaluations in each of the criterions: Job Quality, Employer Branding and Internal Reputation.
The survey revealed that the pandemic had effectively influenced working arrangements as well as associates’ perception of the company and its values. Without doubt, among key elements for defining companies’ working arrangements, especially at our winery, has been telecommuting (for those who are able to carry out their duties from home), emotional support, and the implementation of strict security measures. These measures have been fundamental for meeting requirements not only for clients, but above all for the associates that comprise the VSPT family.
In turn, the parent company CCU is also celebrating a rise of over 25 places compared to last year, placing in 13th position.
