VSPT features within ranking of Top 10 LinkedIn Companies 2022 in Chile
The list, which identifies the 25 best companies in Chile to develop a career, featured VSPT Wine Group, as a result of excellent working opportunities and growth within the company.
For the list, companies were taken into account which, as of December 31st 2021, had over 500 employees in Chile and whose turnover rate did not exceed 10% during the period. Companies whose layoffs exceeded 10% of their staff were also excluded. These figures were measured by LinkedIn through data shared by active employees and company profiles.
Among elements taken into account for the ranking were capacity for growth, skill development, company stability, external opportunities, affinity with the company, gender diversity and formal education.
VSPT Wine Group demonstrated significant progress in terms of benefits and initiatives in the evaluated topics. These ranged from inclusion policies, study grants, climate measurement, the possibility of continuing work from abroad, mixed work modality for positions that allow it, and other aspects which strengthen the sense of belonging and permanence of company employees over several years.
This is embedded within the values and principles of VSPT, which places workers at the center of the organization, giving them the merit and necessary support for them to be happy and secure within the company.
