VSPT Wine Group is the Most Innovative Company in the wine industry

VSPT’s ongoing work in sustainability and innovation continues to receive accolades, due to its hard work in recent years to foster a culture of innovation, along with developing a robust innovation process and project management system.

This time the recognition comes from Most Innovative Companies Chile, the annual ranking organized by the Universidad de los Andes ESE Business School in collaboration with MIC Innovation and El Mercurio newspaper. This ranking seeks to honour the most innovative companies for their capacity to develop new innovative products and services.

The ranking, in which over 200 companies from different industries participate each year, delivered excellent results for VSPT, which once again placed first in the wine industry. The award ceremony was held in person at the ESE Business School of the Universidad de los Andes and was attended by our CEO Pedro Herane and Marketing Manager for the Domestic Market, Rosario Fernández.

“This recognition reflects VSPT’s consistent efforts in relation to innovation. We maintain a leading position within the industry and companies in the country, which motivates and challenges us to continue developing innovations in processes and products in order to strengthen the sustainability of our organization and business, position ourselves at the forefront and evolve according to the new times and challenges,” commented Bárbara Wolff, Chief of Corporate Affairs and Innovation, on the recognition.

Participants are assessed on their policies, processes and procedures, as well as the elements that make up and shape the innovation culture and its impact on the company’s results. This involves measuring and comparing seven key aspects: strategy, culture, leadership, organization, innovation process, use of strategic assets and impact on value creation.

Accolades like these show that VSPT is a company that considers innovation to be a strategic and fundamental element in driving initiatives that bring about new processes, products and services, thus contributing to the business’s sustainability in the future.
