VSPT Wine Group gives PCR system to Santiago Metropolitan Hospital
Arrangements have been made for the wine group to provide one PCR system, as well as other elements, to the Department of Health, enabling it to carry out Covid-19 screening exams at the Clinical Laboratory of the Santiago Metropolitan Hospital.
The PCR equipment was given to the health authority in order to help out with the coronavirus crisis affecting the country. This builds on other actions carried out by the winery, such as helping the Molina, Pencahue, San Fernando, Isla de Maipo and María Pinto municipalities. In these communities, the group provided tractors and trained personnel for sanitizing public spaces, aiming to minimize the risk of contagion among people.
With this support, VSPT strives to be true to its commitments made towards the communities where it operates.
